Property Manager

Seacrest Services, Inc is well known as one of the top management companies in South Florida and has been providing quality management and maintenance services to Community Associations since 1975. We currently have career opportunities for top notch Property Managers.

To summarize the essential functions of these positions:

  • Know the contract and perform tasks in accordance with their terms.
  • Routinely review the property and report architectural and property violations to the board members and your direct report.
  • Assist the Board with obtaining bids from qualified/approved vendors.
  • Handle all Association correspondence.
  • Attend Annual meetings.
  • Review Work Orders and make recommendations for repetitive problems or reoccurrences.
  • Partner with Seacrest divisions to ensure continuity on all information being sent to the Boards and Residents.
  • Proactively handle State Statute requirements and upcoming changes.

The minimal qualifications for these positions require the following:

  • An active CAM license
  • Professional appearance
  • Project Oriented.
  • Multi-Tasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, (both oral and written)
  • Friendly disposition

The physical demands & Work Environment of these positions require the following:

  • Ability to work outdoors 40% of the time.
  • Must frequently work with the public.
  • Frequently work at a fast pace with frequent interruptions.
  • Sitting, standing, bending, driving, filing, kneeling, walking, pushing/pulling, lifting
